Postage and Shipping Information
Shipping is made by private courier or Royal Mail.
All items are premier packed and insured and may need to be signed for when delivered.
We also ship to many countries throughout the world including, America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South America, Japan and Europe.
Please contact us if you wish to order and will gladly provide you with a price for shipping.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event your order is received faulty or damaged please contact us immediately or within 7 days of receipt. You must retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us via e-mail, fax or telephone with details of the problem and from where and when the returned parcel can be conveniently collected. Please note that the non-damaged goods returned in anything other than their original packaging will not be covered by our insurance (i.e. we will not be liable for any damage). We will arrange to replace or refund your order, whichever is appropriate.
